Customers may have a need to provide additional end-users with access to their cameras and/or SiteCloud account.  In order to determine the appropriate level of access, continue reading below to know more about different user accounts offered and how to create them:

SiteCloud Administrator:

  • Main point of contact and usually the individual registering the camera for the first time
  • Has full access to the account and it's settings to monitor, configure, and manage the camera throughout it's use
2.  Click on "Create a new Sensera Webapp Account"
3.  Enter the desired Username Email, and Password
4.  Click "Submit"

Master Account:

  • Usually an additional point of a contact who needs the same administrative access as that of the SiteCloud Administrator
  • May have access to one or more cameras across different SiteCloud accounts, depending on need
2.  Click on "Create a new Sensera Webapp Account"
3.  Enter the desired Username, Email, and Password
4.  Click "Submit"
5.  Contact and provide the following:

  • Last 4 digits of the camera serial number(s) the user should access
  • Include the username
  • Request the account be promoted to a "Master Account"
Read-Only Account:

  • Usually an end-user that doesn't need full administrative access but has their own unique credential
  • Can be created by a SiteCloud Administrator or Master Account user
 1.  Go to and log in with your SiteCloud or Master Account credential
2.  Click on the "Gear" icon on the top-right hand navigation to access your "Account Preferences"
3.  Select "Configure Read-Only Access"  and then "Create New"
4.  Enter the desired username and password, then hit "Save"
5.  Next to the read-only account you created, select "Permissions" and chose the desired operations and camera access for your user
6.  Hit "Save"

Please note:  A SiteCloud Administrator and Master Account user can configure up to 10 Read-Only accounts separately

Public Access URL:

  • Typically for additional end-users that should not have any administrative access but can view images or LiveStream on one or more cameras
  • Does not require a username or password be created
  • SiteCloud Administrators can configure permissions and settings for the public page
