Customers who don't see their camera when logging into SiteCloud, should check the following:

 1.  Check Camera Registration

  • Under "Sites" check that the camera appears under the "Active Sites" section
  • Confirm that the camera status says "Online"
2.  Check Network Configuration:

  • Cellular and Wi-Fi customers should confirm there sufficient signal strength at the site
  • Wi-Fi customers should follow the instructions in the links below to ensure their wireless network is set up correctly for the following cameras
First Generation (MC30 and MC60)
Second Generation (MC38, MC68, and SiteWatch-PRO1)
Third Generation (MC26, MC78, MC88, SiteWatch-PRO2)
